Jerry Lee Lewis cracks me up. I just think it's so funny how insane he gets while playing the piano like in the video for Great Balls Of Fire. If that was him sober, I can't imagine what he's like on drugs. Artists nowadays don't get that intense on stage. Of course they'll dance and put on a good show, but I bet concerts with Jerry Lee Lewis were absolutely hypnotic. I can totally picture the audience going crazy while he's just playing away on the piano. What really amazes me is, back then the piano was THE instrument for rock and roll but now, pianos aren't used in bands that much at all. Most have keyboards but guitars are the really big thing used for rock now. It makes me want to go back and really see what it was like to listen to that kind of music because listening to it now is so difficult since music has changed so much.
